La manufacture BLANCHIMONT
40 years after the iconic Art Cars by Hervé Poulain – famous auctioneer who asked artists to paint the body of his race cars to race in the 24-Hour Le Mans – the manufacture BLANCHIMONT combines, in turn, the world of racing with art and design.
Founded in 2016 by Belgian Jean-François Van Laere, this manufactory makes authentic and exclusive items in limited edition for “Gentlemen Drivers”. The first project of the manufacture BLANCHIMONT is based on the creation of art helmets for racing drivers or any art lover.

HEC Liège Sales Engineer by training, Jean-François Van Laere has always been passionate about cars and motorsports. He worked for many years in a Porsche dealership and collaborated with several automotive racing teams. His career has enabled him to perform various functions such as project manager, financial manager, quality coordinator, marketing manager…
As an art enthusiast, he decided in 2016 to create the manufacture BLANCHIMONT, allowing him to combine his two passions and he launched his first collection of limited edition art helmets.
